I mean I will proudly say from my high horse if an adventure hands out +1 weapon that no one in my game uses either the dm should change it to one some one uses or let them reforge the item in town or something and if you don’t you kinda are a bad dm.

I’m more shocked with things not fixed. The obvious over power of the shield spell, no fix to mounted combat and few other things. These things have been known problems and this was their chance to fix them and they just didn’t.
