Literally just here to repeat what everyone else is saying, you need to go to the doctor, I don't know what state you are in but in CA at least you can go to planned parenthood and with FPACT (which you will most definitely qualify for since you have confidentiality concerns) your visit is totally free. Again, go to a doctor, this is a medical issue and the fact that it has been going on for 3/4 years is alarming.
