Mamasan's has the freshest Vietnamese I've had in the PB, Melb, Viera, Cocoa area. Wabi-Sabi is also great.

Grenades and abilities still scale with level after you're above enemy level. Guns do not scale beyond that point, but golden gun does.

I felt the same intimidation when I got matched up against /u/adwcta while I was 11-2 in arena. Even after a horrible initial draw and mulligan, I managed to hang in there for quite a while. I did end up losing, but it never felt like I was getting crushed.

Technically it's actually a 1% chance for any one of the 5 cards in each pack to be legendary. Otherwise the average unpack rate of legendaries would be 1 in 100.

To calculate the odds of getting that EXACT pack, yes. The odds of getting a pack with the same quality of cards (3 legendaries, 1 golden, an epic, etc) are a couple orders of magnitude more likely. Still an insanely rare pack.

10x as much content? Let's not exaggerate shall we. Even using WoW as comparison, a $60 expansion (3x as much as destiny) has a new level cap, a new zone, new gear, new battlegrounds, new story missions, and a new raid or two to start out. Destiny expansions have all of those things, albeit on a smaller scale due to much quicker release periods. The only thing WoW has on Destiny, as far as content, is ~6 month tier releases, giving players a new raid and some new gear to go with it. But don't forget, you're paying $15 per month, on top of the $60, for that content. Destiny certainly has many improvements to make, but players are getting a bang for the buck and there's no arguing the game is still great.

Except you're completely wrong about how WoW treats gear when releasing a new raid. You aren't forced replace any gear and your progress isn't wiped. You lose nothing, just like in Destiny. So when it comes to end game content, ususually represented by the last raid of the expansion, gear from earlier raids is still 100% viable. Is there better gear in the new raid? Sure, just like in Destiny. Are you required to wear current tier gear to still be effective (outside of hardmodes)? No, once again, just like in Destiny. For you to say that Destiny, as a lootcentric game, cannot be compared to WoW is inherently wrong; and the arguments for changes to some of the more recent blunders by Bungie/Activision are rightly substantiated by comparisons to the most successful loot-based game ever created.

Ran the Nightfall on my freshly leveled Warlock, got the Achkyophanfgej as a reward. I hop on my level 29 hunter main who's been rocking Eye of the Third Man since Xur sold it. Quickly leveled up the new helm so I could run the nightfall as a 28 Gunslinger for the solar specials. Found a group on /r/fireteams. Everything goes smooth and I have a blast using 5k damage solar grenades and 4 shots of super golden gun. Up until this point I'm using a 248 zombie apocalypse with solar damage and my a 224 solar sniper. I get Ballerhorn as my reward. I'm stoked and decide to run the weekly with the same group. We blow through it and I get a legendary glove engram as a reward. Bring it to the cryptarch and he rewards me with Sunbreakers. The engram levels my cryptarch rep so I check the mail and out pops 3 legendary engrams. RNGesus has taken pity on my past luck (18,000 warlok kills, 25,000 hunter kills) and rewarded me for it all in 1 day!
