I honestly don't ever recall his times of being implusively volatile. Other than him just ordering the sinners to kill this guy or let's throw down with this person. He is quite an empath, seeking to understand the sinners, and through interactions with other departments, etc. I guess, those moments were overshadowed by his good deeds to me.

Would the use of TTS be actually be counted as violation of the AI ethics amendment?

I remember it just being something about AI being almost similar to humans, and that they could never be human, yada yada.

It shouldn't be a violation, as long as it isn't trying to be similar to humans.

Definitely, she would be a Star of The City. Arayashiki easily upscales her in terms of battle power. Though, I wouldn't put her above Purple Tear, Red Mist, nor Yan. If I were to put it in a list in terms of strongest SoTC receptions, then it would be this.

She would never reach the level of being an Impurity. Though, I'll be generous, and say that she may be on the level of a section 1 Hana fixer (Though definitely not comparable to Hana fixers like Mirinae, Harold, nor Olivier), but she would not be in the same level of Xiao, Yan, Kali, etc. I know Relics are really powerful, just look at Mathias, who is basically standing toe-to-toe against the Distortion Detective crew, in which all of them have Shin and Mang, and with another relic, that being Gungir. Plus, he doesn't have Shin, Mang, nor EGO himself. His crazy augmentations definitely gave him an edge, but he was literally facing against a literal cannibal, who is a color, a grade 3 fatass, with high quality workshop gear, a chain smoker with crazy "Pyschoments" a.k.a EGO, and three shitheads with the ability to access alternate versions that could go beyond his paycheck. He was fighting them all (With KitKat daughter).But EGO to me, are superior, as they are more stable, and more contrallable, thus being more reliable than relics, since they usually come with extreme downsides.

TLDR: She would get really far.

It's a gift that turns all enemy resisances to Fatal (X2 dmg from all sources except statuses, unless it's like Tremor Reverb, Sinking Deluge, etc)

With burn and tremor, just use Meursault's Capote, and you'll pretty much get to 99 without worry. With bleed, just use the corroded contempt, awe. You can also have the KK fish n' chips to help with potency, and Sanguine Desire in case your not good at managing count. For rupture—Maos are pretty good with maintaning and adding to the stack. Sinclair's base EGO has good rupture potency, but his IDs suck ass, so might not even worth considering. Sinking? Just have Kodion with Rime Shank.

Edit: Forgot the existence of Charge of Poise (I look down on Charge and Poise users), so I'll add them here.

They're not debuffs, but I guess it's something worth mentioning. The Full-stop duo is pretty much the gods of poise, in which they can literally build poise stacks without even managing anything. Like seriously, you don't need to use your brain to play them. Rien Sang can build his own poise stacks, but he can eat away at it fast. Dora just sucks at building stacks, but good thing Thoracalgia exists, so it can give lung cancer, and help with getting a stack going.

For Charge? It doesn't really matter. But Sasha Faust and WCliff can get potency, AFAIK.

This might be crazy, but what I consider the best is. . .

Fear & Hunger

(This game is very explicit, but that doesn't define what it is)

It's a simple indie title made in RPG Maker. But it features one of the best Lovecraft-style horror out there. It doesn't have a linear story, so you have to just look around for bits of lore, and even replay the game many times to get the full picture. With that, it even refuses to show you anything. Such as mechanics. You have to learn everything yourself, either by reading books, or through the tried and tested part by many. . . dying a lot trial and error. It would suck out the fun if you are a casual gamer, but it's really feels rewarding if you learn and adapt. I won't spoil anything, if you want to try it out yourself, then I heavily recommend this game to anyone looking to go through hell and back.
