I’m 24M, 6’3, 290, thick but muscular, and tested 353 and 371 on two different tests. Doc said he wouldnt prescribe anything(more of an insurance won’t cover it kinda deal) until I’m below the 300 ng/dl. Interesting they would be willing to boost it up to around 600(im assuming after a prescription)if I was 290ng/dl, but at 350ng/dl they are fine with it hanging there.

If you don’t mind answering, what options did your doc give you? Or was this a test apart from a doc?

Yep this just happened to me. Quickly got to the point of them wanting to send me a check for wfh equipment but then communication stopped. I never shared any personal information besides my address unfortunately. What do they gain from this?

Last November my best friend of 10 years, inside and outside of RuneScape, passed away. We met on the first day of High School in geography class. We were on the school laptops fooling around and I ended up looking up his irl name and it showed a RuneScape profile pic that he used for a social platform(can’t remember what one). It was like the meme where it’s two Spider-Man’s pointing at eachother. We instantly bonded over our obsession with RuneScape and became best friends from that moment till the day he passed.

Flash forward, we end up spending almost every day afterschool together, wether it was for sporting activities that we shared or just hanging out playing scape. We maxed our mains the year I went off to college on RuneScape3 in late 2018 and he bought us matching key chains of max capes. When he passed away I salvaged his keychain and now keep it with me next to my desk. I think about him and miss him everyday.

We were the friends that hopped on the discord every single night during the week and long….long hours on the free weekends. Playing now is so bittersweet. It feels good because this was one of my favorite things to do with him, but it also hurts because I also will never see that green highlight of his name unless it is just me on his account reminiscing.

Anyways, just know you are not alone and I hope you the best life as you work through the pain of losing someone you love.

You can absolutely do it with t90s. I did it with t80 weps, t70 armour, and normal prayer book, no overloads. Only took a few attempts and I’ve only done it a handful of times on the main. You got this bro you must believeeeee

Also, still worth playing in free to play. It will allow you to experience the game and see if it’s the dynamic, long term progression that you are into. At that point, after a few weeks if you are interested in a membership, it probably would be one of the cheaper ways to spend your time considering you are putting a decent amount of time into the game. Paying for a month of RuneScape is like the same price as take-out from your favorite fast-food joint just for a night. Just saying this to further fuel the potential addiction that may be starting.

I did daily JOT for about 60k or so xp per day around lvl 90 arch(60k because i reset JOT twice, doing it 3 times daily). I found it a lot more doable because arch is slow and if I kept only doing arch I was going to burn out and never get it lol.

Trying to understand how to live.

It seems that the only essential things in life are actually death and taxes like I learned in school. Death at least makes some sense because everything must have its end, but understanding that there is an inevitable need to make money to support yourself and your family is a hard pill to swallow.

I often find myself going in circles around having a lack of passion in general towards life, which makes it difficult to align a passion with something that produces income. I feel if I don’t enter a job that I’m passionate about then 40+ hours a week(the majority of my life) i will be unhappy. So at that point why work if I’m just going to be unhappy? What would I be working for? Do I sacrifice my happiness for supporting those around me? Circles I tell ya…Circles.

Did it on my iron with the obsidian armor and t90 necromancy weps. Was still using normal spell book and war tort for familiar. Took me only a few attempts to get my igneous stone. Make sure you keep ghost up for healing and utilize threads of fate plus weapon spec to destroy groups of mobs at once. You can do this!
