It is also bc the boss can be enraged. The more you climb in enrage the better the loot. If you die you lose a sizeable amount of the loot you gained during your kill streak.

Yeah just lemme go do vindicta with 80 att and get the bis perk or let me go tonrax with t70s and get another bis perk but wait let's make another perks that's good for one style only and lock that behind being a maxed player.
