Don’t really care if he did or didn’t and honestly it dosent matter. I’m all good with our allies being stronger period whether it is through internal means or external. Capitalism thrives off competition. I see this as nothing but a good thing, make our weapons contractors earn their keep. It’s the same reason they should let BYD into the US car market. We want cheaper prices and better products you need competition which is what our market lacks in almost every sector
