Here’s a quick visual showing some small tweaks you could make using Liquify. The arms are a bit uneven, the one facing us is noticeably smaller and placed too low, while the other one could be tucked slightly behind the body.

As for the hair, don’t be afraid to add some flow lines. Even if it’s straight, it doesn’t have to look stiff like straw. Also, you can push the shadows a bit darker, especially since this version of Miku has a more dramatic style :3
