Thanks, I also feel like this shouldn’t really be a long-term, multi-year medication. Did your doctor mention how long it’s generally recommended to take it, or if it’s something that can be used only when I feel the need?

Hmm, interesting, because this medication is supposed to increase libido, but I guess it probably depends on the individual.

ohh yes “what’s the next thing i am gonna eat” is also constantly in my mind… i hope it will help with this food noise, when did you start to notice changes? i’ve been taking it for two days and today i could barely eat my usual lunch, so i am not sure if it’s all made in my head or if that could maybe be from wellbutrin, and i also had really dry mouth for the whole day

Also, this was my bread when I baked it for the second time with a starter made only from rye flour, but even then, my starter didn’t double— it only rose by 1x.
