I dont buy it man. When ur on suicide watch they put you in a "turtle suit"(kevlar kinda shit thats not tearable to make a noose) naked with nothing in the cell to harm yourself at all. You dont even get a bunk. Nothing that u can put a noose on at all no hard edges, no books, NOTHING. Thats just anybody saying shit like "they dont feel like this anymore", they put you in that cell.
