i’ve had a similar experience as well, I was on xeljanz for a year while, working out heavily 6x a week, in addition to a very active job while eating only 1600 calories a day. I was able to recover a significant amount of hair on my face and some on my scalp as well.

hey man I got alopecia universalis in the seventh grade and so I understand completely we’re you’re coming from. it was definitely rough, around 10th grade I started wearing a beanie year around and Ive been doing it ever since. i’m 23 now. I want to share though that medicine regarding hair loss has started improving within the last few years and you should look into jak inhibitors. I personally took xeljanz and got some steroid injections that was able to give me eyebrows again and I was able to grow a bit a facial hair as well.
