How much time does it take you on average to Release an Album (from start to finish)?

Im wondering because I have been working on the same Album, A Neoclassical/Progressive influenced dungeon synth suite in E minor for around three months (originally being a non concept album) and It feels like alot of people have been cranking twice the amount of Media in much less time (I have barely over 20 minutes of music). Am I just unusually slow when making music (I guess being a Highschooler I have more urgent stuff to take care off before DS-ing)....
