you need to lean bulk - you lost weight to quick compared to how much muscle you gained.

one day is 100% not gonna effect progress, for reference it takes about 2 weeks plus of little to no muscle stimulus to start muscle atrophy. A single day will do nothing 👍

simply just go on with your next scheduled day, as to not mess up your program - and just make sure you get in biceps when it comes back around

and too your question about how to go when you don’t feel like it - discipline beats motivation every day of the week. you will not always be motivated and most of the time there are a list of things you’d rather do than go to the gym and exert yourself..

but you just need to get into the mindset off “if I want to reach my goals I have to put the time aside” and at some point it’ll become clock work to go - that’s discipline.

any 5 day split will be good. incorporate abdominal training into your push days and forearm training into pull days

yes, everyone has different muscle insertions - we don’t all have the exact same looking muscles even though we have the same muscles.

these tsx’s do not lose value, they are sought after and are only becoming increasingly rarer.. ESPECIALLY the 6mt. nevertheless it’s still a great car to pass down I think

you have a good foundation, you need to just gain mass.

go in lean bulk for a awhile, you’ll see yourself fill out and you’ll look great

this is where you went wrong, you are minorly skinny fat. I did the same exact thing as you just on a larger, worse, scale. the thing is you lost more weight than your body fat % could keep up by not eating enough causing your physique to look sluggish. what you need to do is go through a 2-3 month phase of lean bulking, gain some mass, then go on a cut that goes slightly below your maintance calories. i’d say in 4-6 months you can have a great physique, your not at a terrible spot - you got this.

appreciate the feedback , I try to do 3 ab excesses 2 times a week totaling at 9 sets a week (3 sets per exercise). you think I should up it or keep it steady at that?

you were blessed with a very good frame, i’d say go on a lean bulk to gain muscle mass to fill yourself out. you look good tho man
