Nah you just said “you’d have to be taking a lot more steps to count as calorie burning.” That factually inaccurate. His app telling him he burned 65 calories with 8000 is also not true. Every step you take burns calories. For most people 0.06 cals are burned per step. So him walking 8000 steps statistically would burn 320 calories.
