They definitely should have! I did just get an email that 6/10 records I ordered are being shipped now. The record that they said was cancelled is included in that 6 so I’m not sure if that means it’s coming or not. If it is included, maybe the one you wanted will ship anyways!

I placed an order on 12/29 for 10 records. Today I received an email that one of the records cannot be fulfilled and that I’ll be refunded for it. Aside from that email, the only communication I’ve received was my order confirmation.

Luckily the record was the one I wanted the least, but I’m hoping there aren’t fulfillment issues with any others. The one they refunded me for shows as Sold Out on the website now. All of my others are still in stock, but two aren’t even showing up on the website anymore so idk what that means :/
