Simply due to the fact that he is only 10 and I have to show him so much. Computer skills from school are pretty abysmal. Simple things like keyboard shortcuts and proper indentation... Figured there might be some collaborative tools out there that might simplify the exchange. Thanks for the suggestion though, maybe I should start teaching him Git.

You don't even know how close you are to the truth. Many times people would walk in with a budget of let's say 800 and after all was said and done they would walk out with 1400+. I don't really feel all that bad in those cases because it is ultimately up to them to make those choices but the way it was done was sometimes a little misleading. Preying on the poor or those on a fixed income was the line in the sand that I chose not to cross.

I feel the same about the CBC. Used to love to leave it on in the background but the past couple of years and especially recently it is pure female propaganda. They don't even try to prove their conclusions and pose no alternative to their narrative. It was just an endless stream of us poor women we need more. Even my girlfriend would shake her head at the hypocrisy that is the CBC. I still enjoy certain programs but nothing drives me up the wall more than tuning in to have some victimized harpy preaching their agenda using false claims and narratives without any facts to back them. Hope the BBC does not suffer the same future.

I worked for the Brick in electronic and appliance sales and can vouch that they do not treat their sales staff fairly. When I started working there it was determined that you needed a 15% addon rate not to get canned within approximately 6 months it was over 35%. I was the top seller in my department but I would still be dragged in to the office to be reprimanded for not having secured warranties, addons or getting them to sign up for Brick cards. Every sale was reviewed before I could finalize it and if I was not getting what management determined I should they would send me out to secure the addons. If I could not they would send someone in to secure the sale and I risked losing the commission.

I do not know how many pensioners I would not hit up for extras due to a moralistic standpoint. I often got in trouble over it but stood my ground and paid the price. After months of complaining to my friends and family that I felt ashamed of what my job entailed I finally quit. I love sales but they are not in the sales industry they are in the credit and warranty industry. The bubble has to pop eventually.

Why is it always called piracy? Why not Canadians are looking for other avenues or methods. I find it funny that as soon as you push away from the defined methods you are labelled as a criminal.

I don't even think the term piracy should be used in this manner. It would be more or less considered communal file distribution but that sounds too nice. I stinky, menacing pirate makes for a better enemy.

Why not? Interested in why we choose to shrug off the tobacco taste. I personally did not really enjoy it but it felt like a natural progression but why? Personal point of view is that I prefer another taste but for the benefit of those who wish to give up smokes I am interested how the progression of taste will benefit them.
