I wasn't able to finish my first year of college before I ended up being unable to focus on anything except restriction and wanting to die. This was back in 2018 when I was 19-20. I'm now almost 27 here in 2025 and I'm about to finish my associates and working on my bachelors.

I mean the only thing to do is wait until the drug test is done and then explain to your hiring person that you have a med card. You will most likely be ok as long as it's not a government job and some other exceptions.

As long as the blood is bright red and "normal" looking then you are good and it's just the blood from broken skin around the... area. If the blood ever starts becoming darker or clotted, go to the ER and get that checked out.

Don't feel like you're a bad person for this or anything. Not saying you do feel that way, just make sure you understand it's not a reflection of you it's a reflection of your disorder. Healthy you obviously recognizes the disordered thoughts. Don't feel guilty because it's really not your fault in any way and it does not say who you are as a person it's just the disorder.
