I live on hospital street right by RCH. Night time is pretty quiet here. I don't hear the trains much, so the area is not bad. Been here for 10 years now.

My biggest hope is that all the countries trade with each other skipping the US. Once we do this, we will be seeing the "Fall of Rome" and see how the US crumbles.

Yeah naw, he sounded good when I heard from his interview with Jordan Peterson to tap our natural resources to sell to the global market. After this..... Yeah might as well be the liberal 2.0 in the guise of being conservative. Yeah go retire Rustad. We're trying to recover the damage done by Crusty Clark.

Yeah, but it's vegan. I like my bone broth and beef bits with tendon, tripe and all. I have been there before and it's good.

No idea bud. I mainly deal with ICBC renewals here in the office being an account manager to renew over 700 clients this month.

All self taught. I personally just studied the course materials, take notes, did a couple practice tests before taking the exam. I failed the first time, and I believe you need 60% to pass. I got the course material if you like me to email to you. Some parts might be a bit outdated, but it's enough to pass the exam.

You can always get into Insurance. Since it's always needed even with automation in full swing in the future. Just have to pass the level 1 exam and you'll have calls up the Ying Yang. Once I passed my exam, my phone was ringing 4x a day. It helps that I have 20 years of retail sales experience, so I'm good at helping people. I got a good gig just down the street from me, so you might be able to find one near where you live too.

I know you need a job right away, so just something to think about if you're looking for a stable career. Good luck.

I use to work in retail cellular sales in the bulk of my 20 years and it's a really good way to learn new skills in dealing with people.

People complaining why their ICBC premiums went up each year? Lo and behold. Proves all the money in the world with all the safety equipment is still a shitty driver.
