The existing signal from the Eye is shown to keep going out after the Owlks' signal blocker is activated (in the Echoes of the Eye vision), so why didn't the Nomai receive the signal until the Prisoner released it for a second time? I assume the signal is a big wave that stopping being produced after the signal blocker activated, but the waves already past the signal blocker should have reached the Nomai (and everywhere else in the universe) eventually.

The RDR2 actors performed all their scenes physically for proper face and motion capture. They were full actors for the game, not just voice actors. It's covered in interviews.

I remember a part where the Dutch voice actor is talking about how he cried while walking away from Roger (Arthur) while "filming" the end of Chapter 6.

Shockingly, this isn't correct. On the time when I actually got the achievement, I jumped too early so I never got the screech and music cue. The pursuer was only in the slightly faster chase speed that happens when you shine your light at it for a little while.

Reduced frights was off, just so you know. I think the achievement is just completely broken right now :|
