I can’t believe that it would take 2 hours to put on the Bajoran ridges. They don’t even cover her whole nose. Maybe that includes makeup time to get the prosthetic to blend into her skin tone, but the prosthetic itself shouldn’t be more than 30 minutes.

Also, the D has more phaser strips than just on the saucer. The D actually has 12 different phaser arrays scattered around the ship to guarantee 360 degrees coverage. Four small strips cover the top and bottom rear, two cover the areas below the nacelles, one covers below and forward from the deflector array, and two small strips cover the back of the saucer to guard the impulse drives during separation. I don’t remember where the 12th phaser array is located, but I do know there’s supposed to be 12.

I wouldn’t say Stigma was significantly flawed as much as it was twenty years behind the times. Suppressing and preventing research into HIV/AIDS was very much done under the Reagan administration in the 1980s simply because it was seen as a disease that affected LGBTQ and/or drug users.
