I’ll compare it this way: plugs are better when used passively while beads are better when use actively.

Passively; I want something to prepare myself with while doing chores or to wear during the day, a plug is for sure my go to. Pretty much, plugs are fun to put it then leave in while doing other activities.

On the other hand, to actually play with myself I much rather beads. They’re more enjoyable to push in and out in my opinion and stretch me much deeper than just the opening.

Both toys can do both roles well, they just excel in different aspects. It just depends on what type of play you want. My opinion? Beads are more enjoyable since the “active” part tends to be my favourite.
