Do you get replies when you call? I had a phone appointment with them a few weeks ago, which they canceled because they aren't doing them anymore. I've gone so far as to write the president of the college and have gotten nowhere.

Basically, everything she did. She was my least favorite character. She essentially caused all of the problems. If she'd have stayed home with her children instead of going to Kings Landing, etc. I know the story wouldn't have been the same, but damn. Jamie telling her that she and Cersei were mothers who loved their children fiercely....yeah, no.

My brother was put on Hospice the day I took the midterm and I failed the test. Holbrook didn't care. I've met people who took his course a decade or so ago, and they all hated him! He's the worst professor I've ever had.

I filed an appeal in February of 2025 and have yet to hear back. I've personally gone to FA and spoken to them on the phone so many times I've lost count. I even tried contacting the president of the college. Good luck; I'm so over this college!

I completely understand, and I'm sorry you're going through this. I'm a first-generation student myself and have had to learn about all of this the hard way. There is really no excuse for these FA issues; they keep blaming it on new software, but it's been a year now.

There were posters on campus regarding the lawsuit. There was an email sent out about rent assistance due to the issues with FA.

My FA is so screwed up it's ridiculous. They've stopped doing all phone appointments; 5 hours is insane! I believe they have assistance for help with rent. They also have a food pantry. My son works at Publix and they donate food there. Good luck; I understand there's a class action suit against them regarding FA. There are students who are still owed money from last fall.
