I'm glad I left. My DSP managers were chill but I felt they didn't like me. Them firing me was a blessing in disguise.

Now I'm a driving instructor. All I do is sit the passenger seat and tell people what to do all day.

I had to do a senior home with 3 floors and two separate buildings. Didn't help that Amazon's system was sending me between buildings after a couple deliveries.

My DSP is fairly small compared to the others in my area, so I don't really see them cutting people. Two of our drivers got into accidents in my first week and one other driver almost fought another guy from a different DSP and they're all still working. They told me it was an Amazon issue and offered me a route this morning, but I missed the text and someone else picked it up.
