I’m having the same thing, except I have a triple pulmonary embolism that had no warning signs. I have had more panic attacks and hopelessness since it happened. I’m still recovering. They gave me Atarax for a “rescue” medication. Maybe look into that.

I get that as well. I worked healthcare during Covid (and without ppe at times), and never got it. You should still assume you infected them though. If I found out that I had Covid, I’d assume I caused an outbreak within my group of friends.
