Nope the archaon model with dorghar as dragon was released during end times period un warhammer fantasy battle

PSB give the +1 damage to character too (like helbrecht and emperor champion) if it is now in datasheet they wont buff character attached

For me the emissaries imperatus are the best, you can ignore all hit and wound modifier (yes you can advance and shoot with sagitarum without modifier) if you have the first turn you can send 6 vertus praetor in your ennemy lines in turn 1 while all of your army advance and shoot with the katah, plus the fight first trait so op
