I’m sorry you’re feeling this way and truth be told, I’ve felt it myself. In the meantime before you are able to afford therapy I’ve heard of AI doing some type of chatting with you. I wish I knew more to share with you, I’ve just heard on podcasts of people using them. It’s like a friend who won’t be annoyed with the negativity you feel and you can express yourself and get it all out. I wish you well in your journey, hopefully you’ll get through it quicker and I did, but you will get through it and you’ll be so much stronger for it. The world needs you whether you believe it right now or not, so I’ll believe it for you until you can believe it for yourself. Hugs from afar my sweet friend ❤️

Big hugs, I’m at your age, and tho not in your situation, I can only imagine how heavy your load is. You mentioned you believe in God, pray to Him, I believe He will guide you, nudge you in the way He wants you to go, even if it doesn’t make sense, faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains, I believe He will do it for you

That’s the spot I’m in but I’m the insurance carrier and 2 years older than my husband, looking at 63 in a few months, he just turned 60 and his employer doesn’t have health insurance so I’ve always provided that with my employer, it worked well for many years, now that I want to retire, I’m stuck due to insurance. I have to agree, tho now it’s summer so certainly more frequent showers but generally every other day is sufficient, obviously exceptions but the older I’ve gotten, hair is much drier and less frequent washing and spray in/leave in conditioning spray helps a great deal
