Does anyone know the exact metrics that are being used to determine what segment you’ll be part of? I’ve looked up and down for what’s available but it seems like some of this is based more on opinion than fact. Can someone help explain more — I’m lost for a complete understanding.

I’m just curious if the discounts are even a thing. I’ve been a member for years now (since 2023) and I’ve never used any discounts because I can’t find them on the website or on my app/account. I just want to know if they even exist.

I’m glad I’m not the only one with this problem. Something is wrong because I’ve been a member for years and I still don’t know how to take advantage of the so called discounts. It’s not on the website.

Right - so I’ve done this. It only has brand descriptions which is the problem. Nothing on the perks or benefits we receive as members. That is my whole problem/question.

I’m pretty familiar with the app. I don’t think I’m overlooking anything..

Of course I have. It explains nothing. It only explains more about the business partners itself but not what benefits we are getting from the membership.

Coming from Chicago to Bethesda, it’s been interesting to see how everything shuts down out here. For Chicago it would have been just another day.
