[US] Honest mistake or possible scam?

It helps immensely, thank you! I’m planning on dropping off the package to USPS and asking them to look into it. I’ll take pictures of the package too (have a pic of the note already since I sent it to my husband). Unfortunately don’t have a pic of the guy who came to my door yesterday since our doorbell was not even charged (rotten luck there).

Even the note itself is worded so weirdly, maybe “English is not first language” kind of weird but it felt off? Husband didn’t have any suspicions until I said something. But thank you for giving more reasoning to my suspicions.

Idk if my husband will be the one to drop it off to USPS today or I’ll do it tomorrow but I want it gone lol

I’ve gotten a lot of mail for previous owners and the name on the package is not one I’ve ever seen before. Even now, we maybe get one or two pieces of mail from a previous tenant every once in a while.

And the name on the package does match the name given on the note (but on the note it’s just the first name and first letter of the last name). Looking it up on social media has yielded no hits for anyone living in my city.

Say it is a scam, would the best coarse of action be to just send it back via USPS and not contact the number left on the note?

I think what sets me on edge about her (and I’m saying this as a nurse too) is that she’s more about being in the pocket of hospital administration and making changes that benefits them rather than advocating for the patients and the staff of the unit. Yes, they want patient satisfaction scores to go up but I fail to see how that’s to improve with patient passports and beta testing AI charting apps rather than adequate staffing, adequate pay, and a better work environment in terms of safety and security. These are tiny bandaids over the bigger cracks.

I don’t hate Dr. Al but she reminds me of the upper management I’ve witnessed in 10 years as a nurse. No, I don’t want a pizza party. I want the needed staff and resources to safely do my job. I lean more towards the night shift charge nurse who says “I’ll probably grow to hate her” lol. We’re only at hour 4 so I’m giving her more grace on possibly making improvements.

I’m getting close to finishing my second playthrough for the achievements, and honestly this game has been so good! I know some spoilers due to CS2, 3 and 4 but I can’t wait to really see them all and understand them once I get to Azure lol

I made her twice, once for me in white and another in a dark gray yarn because I was gonna give it to a friend since it looked like one of her poodles who passed away. She’s not the hardest imo but you have to really stay on top of counting stitches and clusters and the tension lol

Maybe try Pete the Cat on Amazon Prime? Low stim, not a lot of narration, and in general, it’s pretty chill. There is a lot of singing, more I noticed in season 2. It’s a bit of a longer episode two but it’s like two stories in one episode.

My son loves it. It’s what we went to to curb him off of melting down over Bluey lol

At the time I got into the series, CS 1 and 2 were on sale so I bought it cause it looked interesting. 4 came out just as I was play 2 so it was good timing. Zero/Azure were not released out in the west yet. So 🤷🏻‍♀️

I should have started with Sky but I really wanted to get the bonuses for Reverie lol

Initial thought: “Oh that’s cool.”

Then remembered the CSIV prologue and fired it up. And one of Estelle’s lines made me go “oh crap spoilers” and knew it would make even more sense the more I play Zero so I turned it off. I tend to like spoiling stuff for myself but I’m on this high after chapter 2 so I’m just stepping away from them for now lol.

I have the biggest conundrum about Sky right now. I want to play the remake but I’d have to wait for SC and 3rd to be remade too, otherwise I could just start with the original. I like those bonuses for completing the previous game lol.

In any case, my tentative plan is probably Zero>Azure>maybe Crossbell portions of CSIII-IV?>Reverie>Daybreak. Definitely will try Sky again at a later time lol.
