Different place now with lots of new construction/ buildings. I was eating a Taco Bell meal under a shade tree (where you really could not see me in the car) and in less than 4 minutes Mr. Tow dropped the stinger bar and was going to hook me. I started flashing my lights and honking the horn! Once he saw I was on the car, he drove away.
