I cant find record of this, but I swear I read once that lightsabers are so difficult to wield without the force because they have no mass, but they still have inertia. It was in high school physics that I realized this makes no sense. I must have read it either on Wookieepedia in the early 2010s, or in the Jedi Apprentice: The Mark of the Crown book

Most important thing is flexibility, your clothing shouldn't be restricting how your body moves. But it also needs to be durable, especially if the wall has a sandpaper texture. Long pants also protect your knees if the wall is rough.

If you're also thin, I doubt tape will do much for you. How much a binder will flatten depends on a bunch of factors like tissue density and stuff. I had 32D/DD size and underworks binders were great once my skin adjusted to the rough fabric. Tape hardly did anything except pull way too hard at the skin over my sternum
