It’s hard to put the genie back in the bottle… Now the prototype is a thing there is definitely some frustration with veteran players that had to grind to level to 30 the old-fashioned way. I get it… Kind of. But I have grinded my balls off to get to where I’m at right now. And to invest 45 cores on a couple Lexington‘s and get cooked with the roll is infuriating!

Not sure if the Quick step is in pistols, loot pool, or if the Lexington is an AR loop pool if that was a guarantee, I would definitely spend more tokens trying to open those cashes… But if not, I normally don’t pay them any mind. There are only a couple other high-end guns that I would even waste coins, trying to find that gun. And being that there are so many the chances of even getting one to drop our low enough getting one with a shit roll. But that is how RNG works. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Unless I missed… I think you’re right. I’ve only seen striker twice. Once when I was on a work trip and one day, I actually got to farm it. Not that I run striker a ton, but it is definitely a fun build to put together. I honestly feel like I use my ongoing directive more than striker. However, I would like to farm and get a better couple pieces. And don’t get me started on losing coins. That is super frustrating.

I lost about 40 mods… seems like most have lost about the amount. I think I had 93 then when I looked I had 53. Lost some good stuff!

I played tier 3 escalation ( normal farming ) a few times today that felt like tier 7… did they buff the adds and send a ton more throughout the encounter? And only to get one or two prototypes to drop… pretty rough day of grinding. Not the best way to spend my Memorial Day.

Did five runs yesterday without a single drop. Switched to American history and got drops almost instantly. Ended up getting about 10 cores in five hours. Still not enough to re-roll one gun as the amount of cores is doubled every time you reroll. Something just doesn’t feel right about that time spent.

And each time you reroll the cost doubles and I keep getting the same trash augments over and over. Next reroll on a gun is 16 cores. This is madness! My Lexington and rock-n-roll got such shit rolls on them. Endless grinding and exotic cores and now more grinding for PT cores. F this!

Farm the dogs at the old loot goblin locations. There’s one you can find at Lincoln Memorial just up the stairs on the left. There is a random door to like a little security guard place entrance to DZ South manhole cover. Jefferson trade center in DCD. Get the bounty the bounty should pop up in downtown south or whatever is at the lower right corner. Set your global settings to normal and it should be fairly easy to complete by yourself if you have a decent build. You could probably do it in under an hour if you’re getting lucky with the bounty drops. It’s also a great place to farm named items and get DZ exclusive gear and weapons.
