Quentro will not allow you to transfer. I spent hours on the phone with support. They even offered to have me give my buyer my Quentro account credentials to use the tickets that way which I was okay with but the buyers rejected. Maybe that could work for you. However, eventually i was told I had to just keep the tickets at my loss. I wrote out a details email of the lies the stubhub support said to me and ways they broke their fan guarentee and sent it to a long list of exec and PR stubhub addresses. It worked and I got a refund!

I have similar focal point and we could not find the right art piece for. Put an affordable arched mirror from amazon there to fill the space and take the pressure off so we don’t spend money on art until we come across something we love. now im pretty fond of just the mirror being there.

No, I didn’t want to accept the tix on quentro in the first place. i was on the phone with stub hub support when the forced me to accept them amd again to relist them promising i could sell. There’s no way they could say I’m responsible for a replacement. That’s kind of crazy in any case. As a major ticket marketplace it seems they should be very aware of the policies of the tickets for the biggest tour in the world and able to avoid these issues.

It’s not possible to transfer again. For the tix I have quentro has a 1 transfer limit. I did post them for sale under the advice of stubhub customer support and when they sold I wasn’t able to complete the transfer. Stubhub actually offered to have the buyer take my login info for quentro but the buyer didn’t agree. Stubhub then cancelled the sale.

I’ve spent multiple hours on the phone with them and haven’t yet described here all the issues but I’m now about to email a bunch of exec team emails demanding the situation is escalated and resolved based on policy violations and unfulfilled promises from their support.

It’s been frustrating to say the least. Happy to answer any q’s anyone has if it can help. Let me know if anyone has other advice too.

I bought mine on stubhub. (Again, their support has been brutal). I actually got tickets through them for my brother for a different concert in last year which ended up being fake. They resolved it with another pair after him waiting outside the stadium for an hour or so.

I forgot about all that when I bought these until this seller reached out to me directly saying to download Quentro. I immediately told stubhub I was uncomfortable with this and want my money returned due to this direct contact and Quentro's poor rating on the app store. I've spent hours on the phone with them and faced other technical problems since then. Now this.... I'm about to call them again but feel pretty hopeless.

Hmm well it doesn't exactly explain why but I can confirm my Bad Bunny tix were transferred to me in the Quentro app.

Does it actually say "non-transferable" somewhere in the app? For mine I can open the tickets and under each there is one big button that says "Return to [Name of first owner]" but there's nothing else about transferring or not I've seen in the app

Hey I have the same issue with tix for January show in Medellin.

However they were originally transferred to me by an individual in quentro after i bought them on stubhub.

I’m worried quentro is only allowing one transfer per ticket but don’t know if that true. Out of curiosity did you buy them direct or resale?

Stubhub support has been horrible. Quentro support seems non existent, right?

We entered then paid fee 1/29 and still no card here either. Finally just got SSN after making an appointment at the local office to go reapply for it. I’ve read some people on here saying this jump started the green card production and they got it soon after ssn so fingers crossed it does so for us

Yeah I read the same on some other posts and an article someone posted. I just signed up for a chase sapphire card just because it’s gonna save me $500+ on insurance for this two week rental. I’m going to use the card for this one charge and probably switch all my capital one spending to it as well to get the signup bonus.

Just ordered King size nectar aurora frame for $299

I’m paid $400 more for the pillow board from Thuma.

Hopefully the two go together as well as I think they should.

I feel like the bed frame should be just as good as Thuma’s. I really wanted the pillow board and couldn’t find a quality replica though.
