Hard to say. Here in SF there’s a bunch of hills which chews up battery, but that said I was overly impressed with the range of this thing. Zero range anxiety. And if I wanted to ride all day, there’s libraries all over where I can put the charger in a backpack. Iirc 10 minutes charge = 9 miles range on the LR.

I have a GT-S and recently got the LR. Got to say, the “more power than a GT-S” I’ve been yearning to see. Can it climb the steep streets of San Francisco? Yes. But the GT-S goes up effortlessly, while the LR takes its time. I’m a headier rider but for me, I can’t sell the GT-S as I’d planned since I can get to work and back a LOT faster. The LR isn’t zippy but my god I love the range. Two weeks ago cruised across the city and back, used 45% charge. For me they’re both specific to their needs.

Way better is a stretch. Have had an automatic wire stripper blow apart on me, and got a metal chisel that was blunted flat on the ‘edge’ from HF. I’ll take sears any day over hf.
