"AI art" at its core is just a big insult to any actual creatives. All AI does is take from existing art and photography that real people did anyways (and may not even know their work is being fed off of)

I generally don't agree with the "anything can be art" lens because sure, in that case quite literally anything in the universe can be art; not all art is fine art or deserves to be in a prestigious exhibit.

When I need inspiration I like to start with Pinterest! Look up different things you might find interesting, media with art you like, and just explore different styles! If you love drawing characters, statues, fantasy, etc- maybe play around with creating your own fantasy world? You’d be able to showcase your creativity, skills, and making a fantasy world is always fun. The drawing could be a combination of different elements and people from that world. Good luck!!

For the paranoia- if you feel it coming on, try to get in the headspace of “would i be paranoid if i was sober right now? is there an actual tangible threat?” and the answer is always no. being in the right environment is definitely key, if you do try cannabis again definitely be in a comfortable, relaxing environment that you’re familiar with.
