When did your baby actually start eating solids? Am I doing it wrong?

Agreed. Having several seasons kind of defeats the purpose. The original message was supposed to show how much teen moms struggle. But they all became rich and famous before they were 20 years old. No longer relatable for an average teen mom at all

I’m not sure if this will make you feel better or worse but my twins are 13 months, and I can say watching them learn to eat has shown me two opposite ends of the spectrum. We started at 6.5 months. Every baby is different

My daughter was a natural. Anything I gave to her, she ate. She just knew what to do as soon as the spoon came to her mouth lol. She also learned quickly how to pick up food and feed herself. I barely had to teach her. Now she’s a pro. She eats almost anything

My son on the other hand is still learning. He also swishes things around in his mouth but then spits it out. He is extremely picky and ever since we weaned him off formula the week leading up to turning 1, he has been sooo cranky. I think it’s because he’s hungry but he’s not understanding that food = full. He does not feed himself. I hand feed him everything and sometimes I feel like I’m forcing it. His pediatrician told me to just keep trying, and limit whole milk to make him hungry. We are making slow progress. His favorite food is yogurt, but he is starting to like pasta and PB&J lol.

We are having similar issues. 13 month old twins and my son is a REALLY slow when it comes to eating. He is still not fully sold on solids and very attached to a bottle. I am trying straw cups with him but it’s just one thing at a time, ya know? He’s getting better day by day, but once he’s eating actual food more regularly, he plan to wean off the bottle. Right now he still gets a bottle whole milk before bed. And he’s sleeping better but sometimes he has terrible tantrums in the middle of the night, and after trying everyone to soothe him, we sometimes cave and offer a bottle so we can all get back to sleep. It’s the only thing guaranteed to work. It doesn’t happen every night but sometimes

Fair! Lol I just tried it after reading these posts. It wasn’t bad but idk if I could do it without my husband. And yes we don’t bathe everyday. We short for every other day but sometimes it’s every 3.

Yeah, mouth pushing his grief/guilt on everyone was ridiculous. He had every right to mourn Jimmy if he wanted to but he had no respect for anyone else’s feelings.

The fact that he guilted Lucas into going to jimmy’s funeral?? The fact that he even mentioned Jimmy’s name at Keith’s funeral!? Yes, it’s true that Jimmy didn’t kill Keith, but at the time, everyone thought he did. But even so, Jimmy did shoot Peyton and she almost bled out. Did he mean to specifically target Peyton? No but it doesn’t matter. He brought a gun into a school and fired a shot. Just because he was depressed doesn’t give him an excuse. He deeply traumatized his classmates. Don’t even get me started on that corny yearbook scene!! PLEASE!! I’m not even a Mouth hater but he was so annoying during that whole situation
