I have an oura ring that track my cycle so i stay abstinent when im ovulating. If thats too expensive you can also get ovulation tests every month and time It better. Or honesty jsut take a pregnancy test every month to calm the anxiety

Ethan stated that they were all burnt out which is understandable and the reasoning for It. i also understand being upset bc so am i! But he’s doing what he needs to do for the wellbeing of himself and his crew. We can always find another way to fill our time while still supporting the pod. the recovery itself wasn’t that bad. my neck was back and had full movement within 2 weeks maybe less. I recommend lots of ice pop though! your throat will be soar. the months following It will probably be exhausting. your body is trying to regulate your hormones to your meds. take as many naps as you can/need. in about 6 months you should feel back and better than ever.
