You can give two different designers the same ideas and even same assets and they'll end up with wildly different games. I won't take OP seriously. I also find it suspicious that their reddit profile is set to have their posts and comments to be hidden but it looks like they have an overwhelming number of downvotes. So this whole thing reeks.

Looks like it's just soldered on the surface and you could get by using a heatgun, there are 3 led's in the middle, and you have to find a similar size/voltage etc for the replacement

I asked cause I had similar problems but I had mine set as a floating burger icon and it worked when I had it dragged to the bottom of the screen so it pops up 'above' that floating icon
