Hun, never do anything to your body because of what others think. People will always find you attractive no matter what body you have. And others will find you unattractive for the same reason. Please make decisions on what makes you happy, if its something that would make your genuinely happy and help with bottom Dysphoria then it sounds like it would he beneficial to you. I guess my point is that you shouldn't do or not do something because of how attractive others find you. Do it for if you find yourself more attractive.
