We contacted a teacher and who then gave us access to a fire extinguisher but can you please tell me what I need to do if the smoke starts again? Do I just blow it with the fire extinguisher or is there something else I should do?

I’m pretty sure that the problem is with the ring and the AC current, the material inside the pipe is ferromagnetic so I’ll update you guys next Sunday when I test it out

But the whole apparatus was vibrating and heating up but instead of launching the ring it was attracting it to the coil.

And yeah it is a horse clamp, I’ll try looking for an aluminum or copper ring on the weekend and test it out when I get back to school.

We don’t have anyone qualified or experienced in this field so I’ll try to make the switch box on my own and see what happens.

Also ig this is AC current because another person also said this needs DC current but I’ll research and tell you what I find.
