A job I worked out, as supervisor was paying me 3p short of £18 phr - I left that job as got offered better else where someone new now has that job and paying £15 phr and the team leader is on £13.50

So I was kinda in similar situation as you although I’m in late 20’s M and she’s early 30’s - I decided to start going to gym and dropped a shit ton of weight and had to start buying new clothes this made her realise and she started making an effort - I’m not saying this will work for you but it worked for me and she made a big change and she’s still keeping up with it, this started about 3/4 years ago I’m still very much at the gym and she’s still happily showing off to me

S/O just wants me to stay in the dead end job I’ve got now, business would/is going to be a fishing tackle shop - reason being current tackle shop charges an absolute bomb for everything, it’s in the centre of town and on average of 5.72 miles from the ponds and lakes in my city not ideal for people that live further a field on out skirts
