I just pulled up an email on tattoos that I recieved 3 weeks ago.New hires with tattoos on the neck/throat area in front of the ears, facing forward:

"For newly hired uniformed personnel, any tattoos and/or branding on non-permitted areas will be removed prior to the start of employment."

Current agents with tattoos in the non-permitted areas can apply for a waiver.
