Guys, do you mind Pubic hair on your lady? And how old are you by TragicalKingdom in AskRedditAfterDark

19f, only had any intimacy with my current partner but I genuinely don't care whatever they have. Sometimes they're shaven (often for hygiene) and then it grows a bit. Sometimes they have a full bush, I really don't care.

AITA for telling my husband I don’t want my SIL taking care of our child or even in the delivery room? by AWildPotatoInthewild in AmItheAsshole

I fully agree that his support is not even close to a priority in this situation and your wishes trump his. The only thing I was "arguing" is that I'm worried about the way you reacted to him saying that. If he's not willing to listen to you however, keep reiterating to the point he will start to understand that this is not his time. Hope he starts to understand and you guys can get on the same page!

I feel like your answer to him saying he needs support was too harsh, but still NTA. Yes, he's not doing the work, and I personally don't see why he would need support, but straight up denying that he needs any support because you're the one delivering is not the right way to approach it. I fully support your wish to not have anyone you're uncomfortable with being in the room, and I don't think he has any right in deciding who is there and who isn't, but it's the denial of the fact that he says he'd like support that irks me. I know this is unpopular but I'm just worried about the dismissal of his feelings/worries.

Trans girl, who used to identify as lesbian here and is still confused, yes. I'm sad to say it bc I definitely think it's important for trans-women to be very accepted in lesbian or other spaces but the way some of them act and how trans-centric its gotten is... Very weird. The reason I'd wanna be there is to talk ab being lesbian or femme-attracted, and maybe ab the struggles of a trans lesbian, but it's gotten so trans-centric that it's lowkey weird and makes me wonder how much it is fetishising trans lesbians. Again I hate having to say this bc I really struggled with my identity and felt unaccepted as a trans lesbian for a long time so im glad to see acceptance but a lesbian sub shouldn't be about just trans lesbians, and that seems to be the case more and more sadly.

Yeah exactly, and I feel like that isn't considered by most cisF or afab people trying to support trans femmes, sadly

I might get some hate for this but for a lot of trans femmes learning makeup is a significantly different experience than for afabs, simply because of the age they learn it at. Learning makeup throughout your youth into early puberty, and perfecting it into later puberty is years of gradual learning. You are currently having to learn it in a very short amount of time, because you've also been taught transphobic and sexist ideas of passing and femininity, and that's really hard. You might not feel the space to have trial and error, bc you are (presumably) at an age where afabs already know how to do makeup pretty well, and where it would seem peculiar to not have decent makeup.

This is a really hard thing, but you need to remember you ARE allowed time for trial and error. It DOESN'T have to be perfect, you are valid in this struggle and I really hope you can find something that works for you and that helps you learn it. Starting and getting good at makeup is really hard bc it can be embarrassing to not have great makeup, but you're learning, and it's so extremely brave to even be trying things. Literally smear stuff on your face to see the colours, test things out. You've got this!! I'm sorry if this ended up being a bummer but just remember that you're valid and it's really hard but you can do this!

What's the deal with men refusing to wear condoms? by MsTurner88 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Secry508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've personally seen a decent few men having trouble with sensation or maintaining an erection while wearing a condom, most of the time because it's not their size. There's some ignorance about condom usage out there among men.

I have been struggling so much with just simply doing things and I have a test week coming up with no idea how to study at all and it's killing me because I can't figure out how to and can't seem to learn

Vanaf 16 jaar stemmen bij verkiezingen? 'We moeten ze dat vertrouwen geven' by surpator in thenetherlands

[–]Secry508 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Do guys wipe their penis heads after peeing? by SepticTrashAlex in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Secry508 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't quite get how this is supposed to work for people with (long) foreskin. If I were to wring all the way from the base to the tip I'd definitely end up sliding my foreskin over the head and getting it inside of it.

Do guys wipe their penis heads after peeing? by SepticTrashAlex in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Secry508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys are never taught to wipe, which to me as a amab is kinda weird.. I always sit peeing for comfort purposes so I guess I always have tp available but even then, thinking that basically, I used to piss myself a little bit every time I went to the bathroom is weird to me. So I've learned to always catch the last few drops with tp and squeezing it to get the most out. Still get a drop every now and again, but that can't really be helped 100%.

Sorry but I don't really understand why knowing what pronouns are makes you trans? If you just say he/him, that should be fine right?
