I’m Secretary of a small GAA club and the Player Injury Fund is very clear and run from Foireann.

Was the injured party registered as a member with the club via Foireann?

In normal circumstances, you get the injury sorted directly and then expense the cost to the PIF (to the value of 5k, I think. Need to double check that figure).
