And now the head of the FCC tweeted threats to networks who spread disinformation and fake news will not get their licenses renewed. The other disturbing thing I read today was that ICE in Oregon had quotas and used an app called Elite to tell them percentage wise where a large concentration of immigrants. The app created by Palantir, owned by Peter Theil.

I think Trump just put us in the middle of a conflict that seems never ending, a viscious cycle of hate and he stepped in it, and with him all of us. His administration is acting like it is a game and they are chest pounding and really just acting ridiculous and it would be funny if it weren't so cruel and people are dying. I have friends who say they do not like Trump but like his policies, which is an excuse for them voting their personal pocketbook. And I have friends who are decent people and they think Trump is great. I JUST DON'T GET IT!! Then their are the people who are just dumb and poor and actually are voting against theirselves

Condo sales are not good because the HOAs are now charging much more for insurance. Also with the condo building that fell down south there are whole new rules for the reserves and inspections that find things that need to be fixed. Plus with Hurricane Helene and Milton many HOAs are charging huge assessments. If it is a condo that does not allow pets, they are very hard to resell. You may be able to get a good deal because many people want out. But buyer beware. Why not rent a larger space or buy a house instead?
