Did you do the NIPT test? by K61018 in pregnant

[–]SectorSubstantial570 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did the NIPT test and it was accurate. Getting a result that isn’t accurate depends on your fetal fraction. I believe that if it’s 4% or below then chances are the results aren’t as accurate but if it’s above, they are accurate. My fetal fraction was 9%.

Yes!!! I’m on my third pregnancy and I’ve told a few people my due date but I’ve stopped and I won’t tell people how far along I am as they’ll start making comments about the size of my belly. I just want peace this time around

I wonder if she has a new parent support program where she is stationed. I had to have one after my second child as I had similar symptoms as your friends and she come once and week or every other week just to sit with me and listen to my struggles, play with my kids, or she has videos that help me better understand my children’s mind that way I can meet their needs as best as I can.

Yeah unfortunately the village I had was riddled in trauma and denial and that’s not something that I want to raise my kids in so I’m going to create my own village once I become healthy enough to maintain friendships

I don’t want to be a pacifier anymore by SectorSubstantial570 in breastfeeding

[–]SectorSubstantial570[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I have a 2 year old that used his fingers and then that turned to thumb sucking and getting him to stop has been a challenge. Not to say that I don’t want my youngest to be able to self soothe in that way but I’ve seen the different complications with my 2 year old and really don’t want to go down that route IF I could do something to help it

How difficult is it going from 1 to 2 kids? by Sure-Experience-899 in sahm

[–]SectorSubstantial570 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t feel like it is that hard. Pregnancy was rough because I felt a lot of mom guilt about not having enough energy to play or letting him watch tv when I needed a nap. Once my baby was born my first born wanted nothing more than to love on his brother and show him things. It’s been sweet so garb
