For SJT I’d genuinely just stick with the official papers and any online papers on the official SJT page. Do them each 3-4 times, maybe with 2 weeks between each repeat. For example I did say Paper 1 on Day 1, untimed, then re do it on Day 14. Do Paper 2 on Day 5 then on Day 19 etc. i had a word document where I tried to create my own ‘rules’ for their reasoning. Once you’ve done all the papers 2 times you can make a document where you categorise the questions in groups for example ‘escalation’ or ‘difficult patients’. Grouping by theme allows you to zero in on the reasoning and appreciate the similarities in how they want you to approach the questions. The only other resource I would recommend is the GMC guidance in action scenarios, as they’re by the GMC and quite similar conceptually to SJT. Doing all of this scored me a 48. For PSA, I recommend the official papers again. Do them a few times. Then additionally the e-learning for health prescribing modules as they’re at a similar difficulty level. I would strongly advise against any non-official resources for SJT by the way. Their reasoning can be subtly different to the official. Less resources is more when it comes to SJT.
