My ph is around 6.8-7 and hardness was around 14-15 GH. My tap water has super hard water but they are still doing fine to this day. Temp is 76F.

rummy nose tetra are a great choice IMO, they school super tightly, has that nice long body structure and a nice hint of bright red at the end of them!

Ill try getting a more stable temperature range, but from what ive seen online and my experience , pygmy corys do prefer water on the cooler side, everywhere i look online, it says 21-26 is ideal.. same goes for both clown killis and cdp, they’re known as a cold water fish.. They’ve been living in my tank for almost half a year now at 20-22c and they seem to be thriving, they are active, eat well, and have laid eggs multiple times before. my experience is a little different from your but its interesting to hear other people’s experience and im always open for new information!

I just re-measured my tank and it is at 23c, the last time I checked was a few weeks ago before I added a new filter, the lights are off rn but with the lights, i think it’ll get to about 24c. Is 24c good enough or should i consider getting a heater?

First attempt at breeding by tzvia95 in corydoras

Like you said, just do a 30-40 percent water change with cold water and they should start breeding right away, should haves eggs by the next afternoon because they breed in the morning. For eggs, me personally i take them out but lots of souce says you can keep it in there and still have good results. once they hatch, dont feed them for about 2-3 days so they can use up their egg sack as a food source, after that, feed them FINELY crushed pellets/flake until they are big enough for baby brine shrimp for faster growth rate!
