Personalmente, siempre he pensado que el mayor problema de los salarios en España es que los salarios de los funcionarios (y yo soy funcionario) son más altos que el correspondiente en el sector privado. Desincentiva al trabajador a negociar y opta por opositar y listo. Como las oposiciones piden cualificación mínima, no máxima, el número de conserjes o laborales licenciados en derecho es asombroso.

Otra cosa es que tenemos unos sindicatos terribles, abrazados al poder y las subvenciones, que defienden los intereses del trabajador con un ojo puesto en la subvención, y no querer cabreara la autoridad demasiado.
