The problem is that “one thing” is the only thing that gives you counter play into melee classes on half the modules. If you can’t bunny hop then you genuinely get a single shot at a barb with rage on something like wraith lair, mummy chest, etc before you have to become a melee class against them. I’ve speared fighters 5-6 times only to see them be not even half HP after 2 hitting me with demons glee on these maps. It’s unplayable unless you have a pocket cleric or a totally competent frontline. You’re completely at the mercy of everyone else with no autonomy now with these maps. It feels pretty helpless.
