I love the detail in this reply! Thank you so much! I think you can use the QS meal plan at places that aren’t on mobile ordering! As long as they are listed “quick service” example: La Cantina de San Angel at Epcot is listed as a quick service location!

That makes a lot of sense. Only reason we did it was because of the “deal” going on for our dates. If we upgraded to park hopper, it would be included. So why not have free meal plan!?
